The JL-100VG CNC Vertical Grinding Machine is a high-performance grinder designed specifically for internal grinding. The casting is made of high-grade cast iron, ensuring that the structure remains stable during prolonged use.
This grinder features a digital control system, enabling automated operations through panel graphics. Additionally, it offers optional automatic tool changing system, further enhancing processing efficiency.
Drive Mechanism: The X-axis is equipped with precision linear guide rails, allowing the grinding wheel head to achieve precise and accurate motion control during the internal grinding process, ensuring a smooth surface finish. The Z-axis is configured with steel rails. The structural design of steel rails can withstand greater machining forces and pressures, contributing to the overall durability and longevity of the machine tool.
