This grinder adopts a two-axis contouring and dressing sanding technique, coupled with servo motors. It not only comes at an affordable price but also becomes the preferred choice for customers requiring only dual-axis contouring positioning. When customers have flat grinding needs, it provides a cost-effective machining solution.
Drive Mechanism: Driven by a hydraulic system, the operating mode prevents the generation of threads on the workpiece surface. Particularly suitable for flat grinding, it achieves superior Ra values, enhancing the smoothness and overall precision of the workpiece surface.
Longitudinal Worktable: The worktable area is 400 x 800 (mm). Adopting a dual V-guide design, it effectively reduces vibration and rocking, ensuring high processing precision.
