Rebuild Kit for Cryogenic Valves on XtremeFreez LN2 Liquid Nitrogen Cooling Control System for ExploraVAC TVAC Chamber Systems.
This is a rebuild/repair kit for all 5 of the cryogenic valves in the Ideal Vacuum XtremeFreez LN2 Control system. The valves have a MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) of 500,000 cycles, or 1-2 years of normal use. It is recommended to rebuild all the valves at the same time. Please download the XtremeFreez LN2 User Manual
for instructions for rebuilding the valves.
Included in the cyogenic valve rebuild kit:
3 ea. Replacement piston assemblies for the normally closed Tank 1 and 2 liquid bypass valves and for the exhaust valve
2 ea. Replacement piston assemblies for the normally open Tank 1 and 2 Vent Valves
5 ea. Replacement valve gaskets
