There are scratches on the front display as seen in the photos.
Has a new 1000mah battery and new fan installed.

5VAC -> ok
1K Ohm (2wire) -> ok
100 HZ frequency -> ok
1mA DC -> ok
1mA AC -> ok
GPIB tested ok.
Power cord and leads not included.
Does not come with any plug-in modules.
