Density meters implement a direct method of measuring density by weighing a constant volume of liquid flowing through a pipe. This method is ideal for measuring the density of complex multiphase liquids with suspended particles falling into the sediment.
The main element of the device is a density sensor, which allows you to qualitatively improve the accuracy of the measurement by compensating for the main errors introduced by the changing parameters of the liquid flow: temperature, pressure, and speed. The accuracy of the sensor, taking into account the above factors, is 0.1% of the measurement scale. This allows you to solve the majority of production problems, achieving a total error of density measurement in the technological line within 0.5%.
