The machine is equipped with PLC and touch screen and designed specially to insert irregular components on PCBA, and applicable components include but not limited to × capacitor,pin header,etc.
Bulk components are lined up and fed by a vibrating disk to specified positions and are inserted on PCBA after pins-cutting and forming; belted components are fed by a special feeding device to clamping station for pins- cutting and forming and are clamped by mechanical arms for insertion.
The motion system uses the servo motor to position feedings precisely, repeatability:土0.02mm;SMC and other famous pneumatic components are equipped to guarantee the high stability of machine.
On-line and off-line modes are optional, and in on-line mode, the machine is installed at the upstream of insertion line to block and position PCB for insertion.
