Descripción
Bottom bracing in containers is an important part of the container's structure. The bottom of the container consists of bottom cross members connecting two bottom vertical beams. These additional horizontal beams support the frame structure, and bear the load directly from the container floor. The main task of the bottom brace is to support and bear the load of the goods inside the container. It serves as the chassis of the container, made of HRC steel, special SPA-H grade, weather resistant.
With bottom bracing, containers can be placed on vehicles such as ships, trucks or railways safely and stably. It also helps protect the goods inside the container from loss and damage due to impact, vibration or unwanted deformation.
Besides bearing the load, bottom bracing also plays an important role in the process of loading, unloading and securing goods in the container. It provides a flat and stable surface for placing and mounting goods, helping to ensure safety and convenience during transportation.
