The railhead and ram are transmitted by ballscrew nut pair. Guideway adopts pump per pocket type closed hyd rostatic guideway with constant flow.
The railhead moves on the crossrail with load relief beam to bear the weight of railhead and reduce the deformation of crossrail guideway, in order to keep the moving accu racy of railhead.
Two mechanical shifts are used for main gearbox which is driven by wide field DC motor.
The table spindle is centered by high precision double-row roller bearing in radial and loaded with preload constant-flow hydrostatic guideway with pump per pocket in axial.
