Descripción
JH21 C frame single crank power press (punch press, press machine, punch, stamping press, mechanical powewr press), capacity from 25 ton to 400 ton. Welded steel body, heat treatment, shot blasting, better rigidness, accuracy and stability. PLC control, wet type combined pneumatic clutch and brake, hydraulic overload protected, auto lubricated. The press can work with NC feeder for automatic production.

HIGH RIGIDITY PRESS BODY
The press body is steel welded with high quality steel plates
by carbon dioxide arc welding.
All the weld seams must pass the examination of ultrasonic inspection.
The transmission gear house is tested by oil bath to avoid any oil leak.
Then, the press body will be heat treatment and sand blasting.
The welded stress will be released after all above treatment to ensure
the high rigidity. The full structure is optimized by computer and all the
key power points are strengthened by thicker steel plate or adding
reinforcement ribs.
