from Woodpecker combines two advanced devices in one. An apex locator with high-speed DSP processing supports precise file location with multiple frequency impedance technology and auto-calibration. A constant current-type pulp tester ensures accurate viability diagnosis.
Suitable for complex root canals, wet or dry, even with residual pulp and blood in the root canal.
Four-color, hi-res, 3.8" LCD touch-screen offers simple, intuitive operation.
Adjustable alarm increases frequency as file moves within 1.5mm of apex.
A “virtual” apical stop may be preset in 6-step increments from 0 to 0.5mm above anatomical apex, depending on pathological conditions.
