The Automatic Egg Washing Grading Line processing flows：
Eggs Washing---De-watering---Light Detection---Sorting（garding）
The processing is as follows: Eggs in the water tank lifting by water and into the conveyor belt (for easy cleaning), then into the spray brush washing part for washing. After Washing, conveyor belt moves the eggs into hot air de-watering part for removing the surface waters, then collect by the plant divided into 3 lines, do the light detection and then move to the egg sorting machine
