Detroit Process Machinery offers one used Laboratory Roller Compactor with Oscillating Granulator with Sizing Screen, Inventory Number DPM-2513. This unit features (2) 5″ diameter x 2 1/2″ face smooth steel compacting rolls mounted vertically with hand operated hydraulic roll adjustment. Unit consists of a stainless steel hopper with hinged cover that delivers product into a 3″ x 4″ feed chute to a dual shaft feeder with (2) 1″ diameter feed screws to feed the vertically stacked compaction rolls. Compacting rolls discharge compacted material into a Stokes Model 43 Oscillating Granulator with sizing screen. Granulator can be easily disconnected if not needed in your process. Oscillating Granulator discharges at 15″ from floor.
Output estimated at 25 to 100 lbs. per hour depending on speed an material.
Compacting Roll adjustment via a hand operated hydraulic pack with pressure guage, pressure valve and release valve.
