New Tektronix TDS3BATC for TDS3000 Oscilloscopes
The box was opened only to verify contents and take a few pictures.
Will need to be charged up at time of delivery.
No oscilloscope is included with this auction.
FROM THE TEK MANUAL:
The TDS3BATC battery pack is for use with TDS3000, TDS3000B, and TDS3000C series oscilloscopes.
The 14.4 VDC battery pack consists of an array of Lithium-Ion battery cells.
The firmware in your TDS3000 or TDS3000B series oscilloscope must be Version 3.26 or above for the battery gauge ( ) to work properly. All firmware versions in the TDS3000C series include the gauge.
The typical estimated life of a Lithium-Ion battery is about two to three years, or 300 to 500 charge cycles, whichever occurs
first. One charge cycle is a period of use from fully charged, to fully discharged, and fully recharged again. You should use a
two to three year life expectancy for batteries that do not run through complete charge cycles.
