The Tektronix THM550 is a Digital Storage Oscilloscopes with 3.75 Digit DMM and a bandwidth of 5 MHz.
The THM550 True RMS Multimeter/Autoranging Scope will combine the functions of an autoranging digital multimeter with the ability to display waveforms. The THM550 will feature a 3.75 digit LCD display with a bargraph. The THM550 can produce the waveform display with the press of a button. The THM550 will measure true rms AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current and resistance plus diode test and continuity checking.
