The Electrolux Multigreen Vegetable Slicer and Food Processor is renowned amongst catering professionals as being the perfect all in one mixer, ideal for producing a variety of fresh cut vegetables, condiments and sauces. Exceptionally versatile and easy to change from slicer to food processor, the Electrolux veg prep machine and food processor comes with a range of useful, user friendly features, including a safety microswitch which stops the machine if the hopper is opened during operation. It is also supplied with a 2mm shredding disc, 2mm slicing disc, 3mm slicing disc and a 2mm grating disc.
