Description:
A quality control machine that includes a production printer for pharma-code and barcode printouts while correct marking is inspected through machine vision cameras.
The machine is inserted as an inline module in an existing production line and includes a set of orientation belts, a pneumatic rejection system and communication interface with preceding and following units.
All units (printing, checking, OCR, rejection, Cross check of outgoing products) are triggered by a single optical fiber sensor and the internal software monitors all products flow through the machine.
