3 X 15TON test bench with automatic actuators - type 2 and type 7 clamping
Three-station vertical test stand with internal radial clamping. The adjustment to the valve length is done by a threaded column on the upper side driven by a hydraulic gear. This ensures that there are no external forces on the valve body. This bench is equipped with automatic ¼ turn actuators, integrated in the bench to drive the valves during testing and to perform strength tests.
The operator's safety is ensured by the complete protection housing, equipped with bulletproof glass that allows visual inspection. The opening of the protection is conditioned by a control system that minimizes the risk of exposure of the operator.
The test process is managed by PLC with LCD touch screen.
