Descripción
The Multi S FLEX machine is a patented, high-precision CNC multi-spindle turning centre. It is the standardised version of the MULTI S multi-spindle turning centre and offers innovative solutions for the production of parts from bars, blanks or moulded parts. The machine is characterized by flexibility and speed in the production changeover, successfully producing small series and high production parts.
The machining centre is composed of several stations (6/8 of which 5/7 are machining stations), each with an independent spindle. The machine can perform the following operations: turning, milling, drilling and interpolations up to 4 axes. Diameters of Ø 32 and Ø 52 can be machined with 8/12 machining units. Up to 32/48 tools can be mounted depending on the version chosen. Special station for turning the workpiece.
