The Agilent HP 54120T system consists of the Agilent HP 54120B digitizing oscilloscope mainframe and the Agilent HP 54122A.
This Oscilloscope provides up to 20GHz bandwidth, full HP-IB programmability and powerful features for a wide range of applications.
This unit allows to accept signals from four different sources, but it has extensive features that make it useful for network analysis, waveform statistics, and as a high speed, extremely accurate oscilloscope.
