CS-145-2T is a two-vertical-shaft profiling machine used for curved and two-side profile moulding of furniture products.
Workpieces are placed on the template during processing, and auto feeding driven by the rubber roller.
The machine incorporating a copy mechanism by pneumatic power to cut the profile modeling of the pieces according to the template shapes.
Variable feed speed control for the best finish result.
Feeding speed is 0 ~ 92 FPM.
Two spring hold-down rolls to keep the workpiece tight without slipping.
This machine can be operated safely and quickly by less setup, causing no trouble, and can replace conventional template easily.
