This Fluke 1550C insulation tester is being sold as is for parts or repair. When powered on, the unit remains on a blank display that says “Update Mode” at the bottom. We are unable to test further. As such, this unit is being sold as is. Please note this listing includes the insulation tester unit, power cable, hardshell carrying case, manuals and an unopened FlukeView Forms Documenting Software package.
