Procedure:
Submission of Acceptance Letter & Letter of Interest to perform inspection
Inspection 10% into escrow refundable if not as presented
50% deposit within 5 business days upon successful inspection
Loading on trucks after deposit confirmation
40% balance payment against loading on trucks at the warehouse
Title transfer and transport to loading port
