Descripción
Agilent 8453
The Agilent 8453 is a spectrophotometer with a diode array measuring across the full spectrum, from ultraviolet to visible light, and returning results in less than one second. This spectrophotometer system is a single beam with no moving parts, giving it stable optics, high throughput, and low noise. This eliminates variables and gives users reproducible results every time.
This Agilent Spectrophotometer has a wavelength scan of 190-1100 nm, and a 1nm slit width, cutting down on stray light to < 0.03 %. The virtually absolute wavelength resetability allows for the selection of the optimum wavelength. To comply with GLP regulations, the Agilent G1103A has its own clock for time and date stamps. The system also features self-test procedures to ensure consistent performance between validations.
The compact nature of this UV-VIS spectrophotometer means it takes less space on the bench and can be customized with multiple accessories.
