The PreciseFlex™ 400 is a compact, four-axis
sample handling robot engineered specifically for benchtop laboratory
automation. Designed with a servo gripper for precise handling of SBS plates, tubes
and vials, it offers a space-saving footprint ideal for high-throughput
environments where efficiency, safety, and ease of use are paramount. With a 1
kg payload capacity (excluding the gripper), the robot supports a horizontal
reach of 433 mm (standard) or 588 mm (extended), and vertical reach options of
400, 750, or 1,160 mm. Its IntelliGuide™ servo or vision gripper enhances
flexibility in handling stacked plates and tubes, making it a trusted solution
adopted by nearly every major life science and lab automation company.
The PreciseFlex™ 400 integrates seamlessly into OEM systems
and is equipped with an embedded controller and connectivity for external
devices, simplifying setup and deployment. Users can configure and program the
robot through GuidanceMotion, an intuitive web interface, or via GPL,
an advanced programming language. For more customized control, it also supports
command input through a TCP interface. As the industry standard for lab
automation, the PreciseFlex™ 400 delivers a powerful combination of precision,
adaptability, and user-friendly operation—making it a cornerstone in modern
