The Vulcan VRH8 gives you the ability to produce high yields of delicious food and then hold them at a safe temperature until serving - without sacrificing taste, texture, or appearance. This slow-cooking oven will naturally brown your food and caramelize your meats, creating delicious meals with incredible ease.
It has a capacity of eight baking pans (18" x 26" x 1") or sixteen steam table pans (12" x 20" x 2.5"). It's been designed to save you time and labour costs, and it'll work in a variety of commercial kitchens: schools, restaurants, colleges, hospitals, and assisted living homes.
This is part of Vulcan's Restaurant series of cook and hold ovens. The VRH series has knob controls and can bake up to 250° Fahrenheit. They also have optional adjustable tray slides.
