Nexcelom Cellometer K2 Fluorescent Cell Counter
Nexcelom Cellometer K2 is a compact cell imaging system with dual-channel fluorescence capture and analysis. This cell counter analyzes cell lines and primary cells in complex samples with heavy debris, red blood cell contamination, multiple cell types, low cell concentration, and more. A Nexcelom Cellometer allows users to collect more data faster, more accurately, and more easily than by manually counting. The K2 can perform cell-based assays, such as apoptosis and GFP analysis, and collect information on cell count, size, viability, intensity, and analyze populations.
The Cellometer K2 uses two fluorescence modules and brightfield imaging for both live and dead cells. The concentration range is between 10^5 and 10^7 cells/ml, with a cell size range of 5-300 μm.
