The Miltenyi Biotec MultiMACSCell24 Magnetic Cell Separator Plus is a semi-automated cell separator , designed for isolation of almost any cell type from any source, providing reliable and repeatable results. This system is ideal for several applications and sample types, including automated cell separation and parallel multisample magnetic cell isolation. This cell separator is versatile, offering upscaling and downscaling, depending on the requirements of the laboratory. It is capable of dealing with high sample numbers, large sample volumes, or individual samples. Cells can be isolated from dissociated tissues, single cell suspensions, PBMCs, or directly from blood products.
The Miltenyi Biotec MultiMACS sports a permanent 24-well magnet that produces a high-gradient magnetic field in the columns.
