For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This unit is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of scuffs/scratches/stains and adhesive label residues from prior use. The START button is badly stained, with a funky texture. There are some scratches over the display that don't affect viewing the screen. There is a REJECTION sticker on this from Tektronix, saying the machine tested out of tolerance.
Notes:
This meter is in PARTIAL working condition. At a cold power-on, the display started out dim, but brightened up considerably after a moment. The machine gave several errors that all seem to indicate a dead battery and the loss of calibration data.
