Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This converter is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches from prior use. The printing on one label is smudged (p.s. don't clean it with 'goof-off' chemicals!).
Notes:
This converter powers on and, after a brief delay, gives a green POWER light. The LAN light eventually comes on green and the Activity light flashes and goes out when a network cable is plugged in. The LEDs on the LAN jack light up. Note that the fan makes a little rubbing noise if you move or really tilt the unit, but it is quiet when sitting flat as it would during operation. No other testing was done.
