Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This lot is in fair cosmetic condition overall, with a few notable blemishes. There is minor wear in the black finish on bottom of the valve. The unit you receive may have a loud fan or a small scratch on the display that does not distract from using the controller (shown, look under "up time"). The extension cables may be a different length than shown. There are small amounts of residue from the clear, viscous fluid this was used to dispense. The main power cable for the power supply was an ordinary C13 type and was covered with residue, and has been recycled.
