V Cut Groove PCB Separating Cutter
1. Traveling Blade PCB Separator:
“The traveling blade PCB separator is an electric machine that utilizes an upper circular blade and a lower straight blade to separate PCB boards and aluminum substrates. During separation, the PCB is secured to the lower blade via a V-groove, and the upper blade’s operation is controlled by a foot pedal switch.”
2. Motor Drive:
“The equipment is driven by a stepper motor, capable of separating various large or small PCB boards with pre-scored grooves.”
3. Standard Separation Length:
“The standard separation length is a maximum of 400mm. Sizes exceeding this range can be accommodated through customization.”
4. Upper Circular Blade Travel:
“The travel distance of the upper circular blade (i.e., the separation length) can be pre-set, with settings available between any two values within the range of 0, 100, 200, 300, and 400mm. (A 600mm model is also available.)”
5. Traveling Blade Speed:
