Descripción
AUTOMATIC SOAP BAR CUTTING MACHINE is a product with accurate lengths and exact right–angle cuts. The extruded bar from the extruder passes through a roller and gets cut with a cutting mechanism. Individual cakes are then taken away by a belt conveyor, the speed of which is synchronized with the line speed of the extruding bar. Teflon rollers are used for the smooth conveying of the bar. The bar is guided and balanced by side vertical rollers and top horizontal rollers.
