Automatic coreless bandage rolling and cutting machine (seal edge with glue)
This machine is used to coat glue at the end of bandage during rolling, to prevent yarn come out. Machine will do rolling, glue coating, drying, cutting off, output. Controlled by PLC, servo motor control feeding and rolling, step motor control lifting of scissors.
Main features:
Servo motor driver, the PLC control system.
All the parts contacting with bandage is made of stainless steel or hard chromium processing, to ensure the products are not polluted.
Adopt touch screen, display production info, easy to adjust parameters.
Coating glue quantity is adjustable.
Drying temperature is adjustable.
The metering pump is used for quantitative delivery of glue, and electric drying is used for drying. The contact surface is covered with Teflon tablets to prevent product adhesion.
