Descripción
1.
This machine tool is mainly used for grinding both end faces of various
plate-type circular and special-shaped workpieces (bearings, piston rings, oil
pump rotors, gears, etc.), especially for grinding both end faces of thin
plate-type workpieces (air conditioning valve plates, brake discs, blades, auto
parts, mobile phone aluminum plates, watch copper plates, etc.).
2. The
machine tool adopts disc feeding and processes the workpiece by continuous
grinding.
The
machine tool guide rail adopts high-precision cross roller linear guide rail
with good rigidity, high repeat positioning accuracy and long service life.
3. The
grinding head advance and retreat, feeding, and automatic dressing of the
grinding wheel are all controlled by electrical and hydraulic control.
4. The
machine tool adopts HMI human-machine interface to make the control more
intuitive and accurate.
