Single Screw Extruder
is developed by our company adopting German latest advanced technology. Screw optimizes composing separate type screw and mixing parts. Barrel optimizes composing groove barrel and lengthened feeding segment.
Working Principle
Feeding
– Raw material mix (powder/pellets + additives) is fed into the hopper.
Plasticizing
– The screw conveys, compresses, and melts the material via shear heating.
Metering
– Molten PVC is pushed through the die head for shaping.
Cooling & Sizing
– The extruded pipe enters vacuum calibration and cooling tanks.
The single-screw extruder adopts a slotted barrel and a new type of BM screw, which has high screw speed, output and plasticizing capacity.
