The rotary shaft two-component injection molding equipment, which is suitable for two-component products covering the penetration, including tool handles, buttons, handles and other products. With its clamping force ranging from 160 tons to 600 tons.
A rotary axis is located at the center of moving platen, which could drive mold to rotate to produce individual two-component products.
According to the request of product, the machine with flexibility could do ejection then turn the rotary table or turn rotary table first then do the ejection action as well.
Adopting multiple independent barrels for parallel injection, greatly shortens the cycletime.
Both injection and clamp adopt linear potentiometer, which can be precisely controlled with the precision of 0.1 mm.
